Shipping is included in the price of all our products.

All in stock items are normally shipped within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx and actual delivery time will vary according to your zone (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day the order was placed). Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, and out of stock items may take longer. Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in the warehouse. 

We will contact you if items are backordered, discontinued or no longer available. If you require delivery before the times indicated and would like to request a rush order please contact us for available shipping times for particular products and locations.

Warranties

All items are warranted by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by PAB Products. Pedalcarsandrideontoys.com is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. 

Returns

Have confidence in ordering from pedalcarsandrideontoys.com, if you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item less shipping cost. In the event that you need to return a product please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. With the exception of returns causes by out error,  shipping costs for returned items will be  buyer's responsibility. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition when received by PAB Products. Item will be inspected prior to  issuance of any refund or credit.

Cancelation 

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Backorders

In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.
